The Karshaka Sevana Kendram started by the Bank is a notable centre of welfare activities to the farmers of the Block Panchayat. Bank provides plants and seeds to the farmers at low cost. The agriculturists are given proper training and modern techniques in agricultural activities. There are modern equipments of farming and cultivation in the Karshaka Sevana Kendram available to the public. The centre is monitored by a committee consisting of Block Panchayath President as Chairman, Assistant Registrar of co-operative Societies as convener, Block Development Officer, and Unit Inspector of department of Co-operation, Assistant Director of Department of Agriculture as members among others like President of this Bank and Panchayath Presidents concerned.
